To Participate in the Community Forum, you must become a member.  All members musts follow the Community Forum rules found here. Once you become a member, you will have full access to the forum.  However, some areas of the forum are private and can only be accessed with permission from the forum administrator.

The C.L.A.S.S.Y Kids Directory will be available online in the near future.  This directory will list all of our C.L.A.S.S.Y kids by first names only, their diagnosis, month and year of birth,  their status, and place of residence.  The directory will enable visitors to find other families in their area who are dealing with pediatric liver disease. Just another way C.L.A.S.S. provides a community of support.

To be added to the directory you must be a member of the C.L.A.S.S. Community Forum. Your child's picture and story must be submitted and featured on the OUR SPECIAL KIDS section of the C.L.A.S.S. website.

All members must fill out a media release form found here. The media release will allow C.L.A.S.S. to publish your information for use on the website.

Please note that all photos, stories, etc. submitted to C.L.A.S.S. remain property of C.L.A.S.S. and will not be returned.

By signing the Media Release Form, you also give C.L.A.S.S. permission to use your story/picture in fundraising events, newsletters and other forms of print media.
